Just For Laughs: Le Grand Charivarir

So we decided to go see the night parade for the closing of the Just For Laughs Festival. They are usually interesting (to say the least) if not a tad on the overly artistic... and by that I mean, you generally don't really understand what your looking at... This year was to be no exception..

But before the parade we walked through the Festival Grounds and saw three humongous red ants... I'll never say another disparaging work about cockroaches and NYC again...

Then we made our way up to Sherbrooke and waited for the sun to set. Unfortunately because of the high humidity in the air AND the fact that the parade route was partially lit by flairs, there was a lot of smoke and so these pics are not of the highest quality...

And so let it begin.

...not to be out done by a 50 foot tall animated blow-up (castrated) doll...
