Seems I have discovered why Pierce Brosnan was cast...
...it was budgetary.
They didn't have to pay him.
Still begs to question why they didn't roll his wages into voice lessons though...

Isn't it obvious.... his body is rejecting him after he sang S.O.S.
of course... must have slipped my mind.
He's very furry. Reminds me of my cat... If my cat were Irish and had a posh "Remingston Steel" like accent."
