See ya next February...

I honestly don’t know what to think, but I can tell you this, the H-bomb won’t make a difference to these people….

I’m glad they finally revealed Jacob,(and personally I think he’s a bit of a dish) but pissed we only have one mini season left that won’t start til Feb 2010...

Did you watch it?
What did you think?
Is the ’live John’ the ‘real John’, and if not who is he?
Who the HELL are the people with ‘dead John’?
Who was that with Jacob on the beach?

*sigh*

ps. I still miss Charlie.

Well... It's all over for the season, and god knows WHEN the next season will begin... my guess is sometime near the next melennium...

Action-packed, and I don't mind saying they went very fast through a lot of plot. HOLY SHIYTE!

Only one question, well ok there are lots, but let's just start with... Jeremy WHO?! 'Splain please...

tonight, tonight...

....wont be just any night...

CAN.
NOT.
WAIT.

MY Lost Island.

Do you watch LOST?

Are you feeling MORE LOST that the people on the Island? I know I am.

I love the show, even with the remaining shorter seasons, and this season's delay and then strike imposed hiatus and then even shorted number of episodes... I guess it's just expecting too bloody much that they'd start clearing up a few things rather than convolute things more....

And WHYYYYYYYYYY don't people shoot the asstards when they have a chance? It seems they are so fickle when it comes to shooting someone and then... not so much. Case in point: When Martin Keamy has a gun to Alex' head (Ben's not-daughter) and threatens to kill her, either Sawyer or Locke could have easily picked him off... and yet they do nothing and allow Ben to do even less than nothing and see Alex shot-dead. Cut to a flash-forward scene a few minutes later and Sayid assassinates some guy he doesn't even know, based only on a comment Ben makes that the guy was actually only NEAR where Sayid's wife was killed. (we have no idea if the guy actually had anythign to do with it... only that Ben, wants the guy dead... which really means very little)

WHY are they only trigger happy when it makes things MORE complicated, rather then seriously thinning the herd when the targets are complete pricks, bastards and psychos ?!?!?!?

Honestly, I really wish this story and islandwere real and I were there. I think at this point there would likely only be myself and maybe a handful of other people left alive on the island:

-Me
-Rose (She always has the best lines and best 'tude looks)
-Bernard (a bit of a dweeb, but hey, Rose sees something in him right?)
-Danielle (I love me some crazy French!) ;-)
-Alex (2nd generation crazy French)
-Carl (2nd gen crazy French needs a hobby)
-Sun (DUDE! She's preggers... and she has a good sense of what's evil and not)
-Jin (Who else is gonna talk all Korean to Sun... besides he's kinda hot)
-Claire (Arron's mommy)
-Arron (Claire's baby)
-Charlie (1- he's a musician and we all need to be entertained, 2- he's sorta Arron's adopted Daddy and 3-hot)
-Hugo (c'mon... it's Hugo! ...and worse comes to worse and we have to resort to cannibalism... he's at least a good solid month of meat and if not and if we get off the island, he's a mega millionaire! okay, okay, and the guy is just nice)
-Libby (She's Hugo's lady... and again, I like me some crazy)
-Sayid (hot)
-Desmond (hot and Scottish accent. .. that's soo sexy)
-Sawyer (yup... hot. OK, I know, it's a sad trend... but HEY! it's a 'deserted' island)
-Vincent the dog (wuf wuf)

Pretty much everyone else... gone. Either because they were particularly evil, particularly stupid, or particularly annoying... or all of the above.

Plain to see....MY Lost Island would be a lot more happy.

LOST, you're losing me...

Seriously. Enough commercials!

It's difficult enough following LOST to begin with, having commercials every 8 minutes... pissing me off.

And um, what's all this about "Starting next week LOST goes to it's new time"... 10 PM?!?! Seriously? 10 PM!?

Not to mention that this week's episode was weak. Yea, I'm happy Libby is back... sorta, but Michael? Seriously, kill him off soon. Kay. Thanks.

LOST and found (?)

Oh my God!
Oh my God!
Oh my God!

This season is gonna be so fricking amazing!

OK I know in my post last may after the last episode I said I wish they had killed Ben, but now I'm glad he's alive, 'cause I love it every time he gets hit!

Great Season opener... lots of new twists and turns. I am SUPER happy that Charlie is still there, even if he's dead and only appearing in the flash-forwards.

And only 6 survivors get off the island?!:

-Jack
-Hugo
-Kate
-?
-?
-?

Last night when we re-watched last season's finale, I said it was obvious that Jack wants to return because he feels guilty about leaving others behind. Hugo said the same thing just tonight when on the basketball court with Jack.

Can't wait to see how this develops, and can wait to see Ben get hit again. heh.

Long LOST friends...

Ahhhhhhhhhhh...

It's so close we can taste it...

I have to say thank you to ABC for re-broadcasting last season's finale of LOST, because there was sooooo much going on that among things I forgot:

-the under-water station (I remembered that Charlie dies, but forgot where and how)
-Locke was shot by Ben and temporarily paralysed again
-Walt is back and helping Locke
-Locke kills Naomi
-all that 'flash-forward' stuff with Jack

Without the repeat I'm sure I'd be super lost for tomorrow's season premiere.

Among my favourite moments of the episode were:

-Jack seriously bitch slapping Ben
-Gabrielle being re-united with her daughter Alex and then their first Mother-Daughter activity of tying up Ben
-Gabrielle elbowing Ben in the face as he's tie to the tree
-Sawyer shooting Tom saying after that he didn't believe him.

... I know it seems I like all the most violent parts, but it's only because, putting myself in their place I'm certain I'd have reacted the same way. The 'fight or flight' instincts being kicked into over-drive.

I cannot wait for tomorrow night!
(Lets just hope that the writers strike is well over before the 7 episodes already in the can are all broadcast...)

Well it's about time!

FINALLY!...

They get some backbone on that damn island. Finally they truly fight back. Finally the are taking care of business.

Didier was upset that I was so happy that they killed so many of the Others tonight. I guess I just put myself in the place of the Survivors. You can only take so much crap before you go on the Offensive. Good on em I say. This show tends to bring out my baser instincts some times.

My only regrets are that Charlie is gone and that Ben is still alive... although that elbow to the face from Rousseau was well worth the delay we NOW have ...

In case you're not up to date... the remaining 3 seasons of Lost will only be 16 episodes per season and the next season will only begin in January 2008!

So now we have 8 months to figure out what those Flash-Forwards are with Jack and Kate... Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Open your mouth and say sppplplplblthplplffff

So I had another Dentist Appointment tonight. What I thought was just going to be the polishing and fluoride treatment was also a freezing (well sort of) and replacing 2 old fillings from the 70's and a new one due to a small cavity.

Well, while working on the first of the replacement fillings we all soon realized I didn't receive quite enough anaesthetic! Yah! ...so not pretty. I swear, this is just not my day! hehe so one more needle later and we were back in business.

He does good work, and the new fillings are white and blend into the teeth, not like those old amalgam crapolas I had.

I must admit that as uncomfortable as it was, I'm already to go back on the 25th! lol Cause as I've mentioned before, Dr Raper is Dr. Hottie McHott! And when said Hottie says things like "You have the most powerful tongue I've ever seen.", and "You have a very inquisitive tongue." you know you I want to keep on going back! ;-)

Meanwhile it's been 3 hours and I'm still completely frozen!... fun.... and I'm hungry damn it! I had to watch LOST! without any din-dins. Boo Hiss!

And what up? Lost is getting more interesting. Love the mass of back story on the island and Ben. I So knew he was not born there! And as much as it's nice for me to fantasize that Locke is gone, we know that just ain't true. And why the HELL didn't somebody ask Jack why it's up to HIM what happens on the beach. I guess there's a bit on non-conformist / anarchist in me... Those in authority positions, either given or taken piss me off!

MORE interesting though, is the announcement yesterday that Lost will end in 2010. with the final 3 years only having 16 episodes each. Not sure how I feel about that yet...

OK time for me to finally go get a drink of water. MAN! that fluoride treatment made me wanna puke!

Well... DUH!

So Juilette is a plant... no shit, Sherlock!

While it was another great episode last night; I especially like the confirmation that the plane crash was not some 'pre-destined, save the world from complete annihilation' theory that Locke is always so hyped up on. That it was on some levels an actual 'accident'. The 'non-actual' part of the 'accident' still apparently being the 'oopsie' by Desmond and the clock keeping the islands oddly intense magnetic fields in check (?)

As well, the bits n' bobs of the research on women's ability to carry a child to term on the island was great. It helps flesh out the which came first 'cancer; infertility' debate ( a la 'chicken; egg')

It was fun, too, last night trying to remember just who the guy was that Juliette was in bed with. Then we remembered it was the guy that Anna-Lucia accidentally staked to death. GOD! I miss Anna-Lucia! (Then again seeing as how LOST seems to follow no constant time line, in lieu of an ever-looping series of flashbacks and different angle views of the same events... we'll hopefully get to see her again.)

I can't help but be totally disappointed in the last 5 minutes. I was 99% sure that Juliette was there under false if not devious purposes. But... I would simply have preferred that they not reveal this proof for a couple of episodes. I'd much rather they have tried to convince me. And unlike the fictional characters on the island, I need more than an hour to convince me...

My co-worker Kelli seems to believe in Juliette's innocence. And that while YES, Juliette DID agree to Ben's plan to infiltrate the camp again, seeing as the other attempts all ended in the 'Other' being killed, either accidentally or on purpose. (I really wish there was more planned/on-purpose deaths on the island... I know that sounds slightly like you 'wanna report me to the authorities' type of insight into me, but it's just that it seems like if I were there I'd have killed a couple of the people that it was already inconclusively seen as being an 'Other' or 'Evil" and so on.... They always seen so damn trigger happy and killing the innocent, but the true targets keep getting away) that she was really there on her own and will not continue to be a pawn in Ben's game.

---

And is it just me, but don'tcha get the feeling that the Island is somewhere in the Indian Ocean and everyone will either be really 'LOST' and perish in the wake of Dec 26th 2004 Sumatra Tsunami...

...or what is more likely to happen in a truly 'Hollywood way' is one of the following:

1- the 'Others' will KNOW the Tsunami is a comin' and batten down the hatches,
1a -- or worse, get air-lifted just in time( natch),
1b ---or EVEN worse...all get tele-ported back in time off the island in the 'magic box room' and all this will seem like a bad dream, a la Suzanne Plechette.

2 - the island and all the people (and monsters) on it will survive because as we all know, if there's one thing a Tidal Wave doesn't like, is an Overly Magnetic Island.

3 - the tsunami was actually caused BY the island (this one I seem to not mind so much... odd)

--- at any rate...

...DUH!

Kick me Kate...

LOST was good tonite... night. Any episode where there's no (or next to no) Locke is good in my book. Great new plot twists finally, and I'm loving to hate Juliette just as much as Ben.

Was great to see the 'smoke monster' again too! Will be interesting to see how that develops.

Question tho.... When Kate and Juliette were hiding in the bamboo what was with all the flashbulbs... I'm a little 'lost' on that...

Where did Jack and Locke and the 'others' go? Don't know, don't care.

What really got me was Kate and Juliette's cat fight. I don't know what it is, but girl on girl bitch fighting makes me a happy camper! I think it's maybe because the men fight to get to the KO, the women ok the other hand fight to scratch, claw, slap, pull, punch and pummel to inflict as MUCH damage as possible... and when you're done, do some more. I obtain a certain level of catharsis that releases me and recharges me at the same time. (I think I need therapy!)

Can't wait for next Wed...

R.I.P.

Nikki and Paolo.

...we hardly knew ye.

Then again, we might still get to know you.... seeing as LOST is well know for back tracking (Season 2 was just 1 with a parallel story line)

Personally I found that while the episode was entertaining we got, as usual.. NO WHERE! well almost nowhere. We did get the momentary flashback of Paolo in Pearl when he accidentally spied on Ben and Juliet. But then that was no real surprise was it?

I'd like an episode with a jaw dropping leap forward in the plot. I know that it ain't gonna happen, but hell, considering that the ADQ here in la Belle Province just obtained official party status, they are also now the official opposition AND the PQ came in 3rd place, well then I think ANYTHING is possible!

So...

... fingers crossed.

LOST! is all LOCKED up!

Could somebody please thin that herd a little?

PLEASE!

For the past few weeks I am finding myself yelling at my TV begging someone to off the Bitch! (and I much prefer to save my yelling voice for idiots on the bus and metro that piss me off)

...and by 'Bitch' I mean John Locke. I think he's become a liability for the rest. At the very least, I'm very tired of the character. In actual fact, he's always been my least favourite. While I LOVE to hate Ben, I want him to stay. Locke on the other hand needs to go. Seems he's completely set on cocking it up for everyone (and not the good kind either!)

Could someone finally grow a set and off him?

PLEASE...
...for me!
