Dancing... in the dark.

Ok Yea, I got lots to share about our trip out East, great visit with the parentals and the grand-parental and all, but that's gonna have to wait til this evening when I can add pics from home... (and video of the amazing wave action out at Peggy's Cove)

... more importantly...

I MISSED Dancing with the Stars last night! We were were 30 kms high at the time, and wouldn't you just know Jazz / Air Canada thought my request to have CTV broadcast on air while we flew was just not acceptable... bitches!

... and last night of all nights... what with Marie fainting and all... *I* had to hear it from Cat and Lisa this morning on the Mix while getting ready for work... Such dra-ma, and I missed it. Sure I saw it on Canada AM a few minutes later, but that was on tape... not nearly as dramatic as it would have been LIVE.

POO!

Oh well, I hear my Sabrina did good, so that's all that matters... Annnnnnnnnnd tonight on the Results Show, it's none other than J-Lo, Mz. Jenny-from-the-Block, Mrs. Marc Anthony, - or is HE Mr Jennifer Lopez?!- either way, should be a good night...

I never liked Air Canada. I LOVEd Canadian but thay's history...

West Jet generally gets our business, but we got a blue moon deal with A-C (and by that I mean it's once in a blue moon when their prices are cheaper!)

Anyhoo... if you know something I don't know abour A-C lemmie know... got a good contact? what?

As for DwtS... even N@ was just talkin' bout maria getting a face fool of dance floor. (she slays me) I swear we were the only two NOT to see it live last night! So not fair!

We have been with Air Canada for several years now and it works great for us.

Sure, it's great for you, Maria, because co-workers wouldn't get pissy with you.

That reminds me: I'm flying AC to Dubai next month. Any tips for a better trip and/or free upgrade? Huh? For your friend NGB.

If you remember from my Dominican adventure this past April, Air Transat is on my sh** list. Other than the Transat delays, it was a great time -- and I just found out yesterday that the bride is preggers, expecting the day before her dad's 50th birthday.

I think they should invent a show (FOX would do it) called Dancing With The Farts where you have to eat an entire can of beans with pork and half a bag of microwave popcorn and then go dance with a hot chick - and the guy who holds his fart in the longest wins a tacky trophy shaped like a bottle of Bean-o.
Too bad Marie didn't knock some sense into herself.
Welcome home, MK. Maybe it's a Nova Scotia thing, but I always loved Canadian, and hated Air Canada. Can't afford to put gas in my car these days, so flying anywhere is out of the question, but a lovely friend of mine who used to work at an airport said that she hasn't been on a classier carrier than British Airways, so I'll have to try that some day.

KLM was one of my favorites. Canadian Airlines was great, but that was bought over by the BIG kahoona so now we LOVE Air Canada -no choice. LOL
