Fringe

Have you seen the new FOX drama FRINGE yet?

We’ve watched the first two episodes and I have to say I’m hooked! It’s a skotch similar to the X-Files, but I’m good with that, since I was a huge fan of that show as well. I’m a little unsure of the female lead – Anna Torv, I find her facial expressions a little heavy on the annoying side. Seriously… it’s ok to smile. And the ‘not so good’ Doctor is a little too much on the eepy-cray side – not the character himself, sure he’s a mad scientist, it’s the LOOK of the actor John Noble, bless him, he looked better when he had that ‘Ted Kaczynski’ thang going on in the first episode.

The true saving grace to the cast is the Male Lead – Joshua Jackson.

He’s Cute with a Capital Q.

We’re looking forward to the show and aside from the promised ‘out there’ plot lines, but more than that I’m personally looking forward to watching more of Joshua, Mr Jackson if he’s nasty.

OH PLEASE BE NASTY!

Joshua Jackson: extreme hottie… but the wonkie eye is a tad disconcerting. I haven't seen the show yet... I haven't seen anything lately but work

I tried watching it, but it's a little too X-Files/weird sci-fi for my tastes.

Is this a series you have to watch each week to keep up with? Because if so I can't, it was on my list of shows to watch for the new season and I got sidetracked with work missed the first episodes. Although, if it's new each week...I will give it a try. ;) peace

XUP... Can't say I know what else JJ has been in, all I know is he's in Fringe and Me Likey!

NGB... yea it's total weid-ass sci-fi shit, and normally I don't go for it, but I was mad for the X-Files and so far I'm totally digging this...

Leonard... I can't really comment too much on your question, only because there's only been 2 episodes. YES there is some on-going storyline that would require some knowledge of prior episodes, but the individual episodes are single cases, as was the X-Files, but I imagine some will also re-occur as well. Either way I highly recommend you try and catch it when you can.
